Our momemtum has decline by 10% because of the price drop that will happen in less than 2 weeks.
Look at it this way, if you heard the PS3 would be $100 dollars cheaper on Sept 1st, would you go out and buy a PS3 today?
EDIT: People are still waiting to see what the 360 will bring in the future...Half of the PS3 instal base probrably bought a PS3 because it is still the best Blu-ray palyer in the market...But let see what the future holds.
I guarantee you all we have alot of great titles we have yet to be revealed. I cannot list all the titles we have under development but our past will show how our strategy works.
Alan Wake and Splinter Cell has been postpone because we could not fit these titles into our holiday lineup. We already have AAA titles droping each month.
Everyone is going to be suprised to see our 2009 lineup.
Like I typed above, when will Sony deliver MAG, Versus XIII, next Ratchet and Clank, Gran Turismo 5, new Twisted Metal game, LA Niore, Rockstar's new IP, and Team ICO's next game.
Our competitors has a habit of cancelling, and delaying games. This why our strategy is to ONLY mention releases on a year to year basis.
Those games you speak of might not even see the light of day and by the time they are released it will be time for the PS4. Look what happened to God...
